It’s almost spring! Snow is melting, and flowers are starting to show signs of coming back. Spring is an exciting time for all of us. It signifies new life, rebirth, and hope. It also gives us longer days and more sunlight. The energy of spring is tangible, and, according to motivational speaker, author, and martial artist Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim, also useful.
