Dr. Tae Yun Kim on Tae Kwon Do for Fitness

Dr. Tae Yun Kim is a Grand Master in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do. She is the first female to achieve this high level. Dr. Tae Yun Kim began studying Tae Kwon Do at the age of seven. She believes martial arts have many great benefits that make it an efficient way to exercise. She is the founder of Martial Art of Jung SuWon in California.
